1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using www.villaluna.it and Villa Luna's services, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services Offered

Villa Luna offers venue services for private events, yoga retreats, coworking, and brunches. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Villa Luna.

3. Booking Conditions

• Deposit Required: A deposit or advance payment is required for bookings (amount and deadline specified in offer)
• Cancellation: Cancellations within 30 days receive partial refund per policy. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable.
• Date Change: Modifications are subject to availability. An administrative fee may apply.
• Guest Count: Guest count must not exceed the agreed limit. Excess guests incur additional charges.

4. Liability

Villa Luna is not responsible for damage to personal property, injuries, or losses during events, unless caused by Villa Luna's gross negligence. We recommend insurance for high-value events.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests commit to using the site and services lawfully, respectfully, and non-offensively. Unacceptable behavior may result in exclusion and loss of deposit.

6. Payments

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. All prices are in EUR and include taxes unless otherwise stated. Invoices issued per Italian regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Villa Luna is not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the site or services.

8. Modification of Terms

Villa Luna reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the site.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to competent courts in Modena.
